Do I need to change the IP on every login?

Usually not. For long sessions it is better to use a static IP or a sticky session. Frequent address changes are not suitable for sequential work with one profile.

Can I pin one IP to a work session?

Yes. Dynamic pools support sticky sessions with a TTL from 1 to 1000 minutes; the recommended value is no more than 30 minutes. For a permanent address, use static DC or ISP proxies.
